Our Products All items at Hicks Outdoors & Apparel are printed and produced to order through our trusted production partner. This allows us to offer premium quality while minimizing waste.

Print-on-Demand Policy Because each item is custom-made for you, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference.

Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of every product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hicksoutdoorsandapparel@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  3. We'll review your claim within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund

What qualifies as defective:

  • Printing errors or misprints
  • Damaged items (tears, stains, holes)
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Significant color variations from product images

Processing Time

  • Defect claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days
  • Approved replacements are produced and shipped within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

No Return Shipping Required For defective items, you do not need to return the product. Simply provide photos of the issue.
